I ate nothing but vegetables and drank water today to atone for the half block of Kit Kat Chocolate Overload, Two chocolate doughnuts and majority of Peanut M&M's packet I have eaten over the last three days.

I love how you REALLY went for it with the chocolate consumption though, it shows dedication; commitment to the binge.
For me, it is always chocolate.
I start to get intense cravings a couple of days before it starts. Also goes hand in hand with intense cravings for... sex. (Couldn't be bothered formulating some sort of cool euphamism).

Oh yes, if you're going to completely fuck everything up data, do it properly - as a plesant side effect I had charming cramps all night and I'm not sure if it was the painters or mild lactose intolerance (which unlike a certain sister in law, neither I nor my mother worry about)

Totally agree on all fronts. I like my chocolate but generally get savoury cravings. Except when Aunt Flo is in town. And the chocolate craving arrive in full force about 2 days prior.

Oh yes, pointing out from the opposite sex is totally out of the question. That automatically sanctions physical punishment I believe.
